Payments made for consulting, incubation, or advisory services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a signed Service Agreement.
Clients may request cancellation prior to the commencement of services. Approval is subject to management review.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
